Prepare to Run » Who can run?
   
Everyone can. And everyone should. Doesn’t matter what distance. Doesn’t matter what speed.
 
Does it concern you that you are
 
  • Haven’t exercised for last ‘n’ number of years so you are unfit
  • You lead a very sedentary life - style
  • Over – weight
  • Chronic Diseases – Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, High Cholesterol etc
  • You are too old
  • You are a woman
  • Your job doesn’t need you to be physically fit
All these aren’t reasons enough not to run, but reasons to start being more physically active. So, now is a good time to start. Put your shoes on, and go run.
